Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a construction technician specializing in drywall and painting to join a local business. Several years of drywall experience is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform reconstruction and repair tasks to include anything drywall related.
- Painting and finishing work.
- Framing, installation of doors.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Physically able to safely stoop, bend, lift and maneuver heavy items (appliances, furniture, building materials, debris etc.)
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance.
- Work well as part of a team and on occasion with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately to work with supervisor, coworkers, employer, and clients.
- Pass background check and drug screening to employer's satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license.
WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Normal business hours 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 30-minute meal break
