Join a role that keeps the Nursing, EMS, Fire Sciences, and Medical Assisting programs running smoothly. As the Program Specialist, you’ll be the central support for students, faculty, and partner colleges, ensuring labs are prepared, records are accurate, and daily operations stay organized.
What You’ll Do
- Front‑line program support - Serve as the first point of contact, providing clear information and directing students and staff.
- Lab and simulation setup - Prepare, maintain, and store equipment; track consumables; uphold safety and MSDS standards.
- Record and accreditation support - Compile, organize, and safeguard essential documents and confidential student records.
- Administrative and purchasing coordination - Process purchase orders, manage travel requests, and support daily office operations.
- Cross‑department collaboration - Work closely with faculty and staff.
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- High proficiency with MS Office and general office technology.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and supporting a diverse academic environment.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience in EMS, Fire Sciences, or Medical fields.
