Job Full Description
Position: Foil Stamp Operator
Type: Evaluation to Hire
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6a–2p OR 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2p–12a; Training on 1st shift
Pay: $18-20/hour
Location: De Pere, WI
Summary of duties:
- Set up and operate the presses
- Perform foil stamping, embossing, scoring, perforating, and die cutting
- Read job tickets and follow instructions
- Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic machine issues as needed
- Check products for quality and accuracy
- Load and unload materials
- Communicate completed jobs to the Production team
- Follow safety and production standards
Requirements:
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Good mechanical and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
