Title: 5-Day Project - Call Center Agent
Type: Project/Temporary
Schedule: 1st Shift Friday August 14th, & Monday August 17th -Friday August 21st
Pay: $16/hour
Location: Green Bay, WI
Summary: Express Employment Professionals of Green Bay is helping a local call center find top-notch Call Center Agents for a 4 day project - first 3 days are training for one busy day of calls. You will be answering inbound calls only – absolutely NO outbound or sales calls! (You will only be taking calls from 2 main clients.)
Job Requirements: A qualified customer service/call center agent MUST be able to type 35 words per minute and will be tested. Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer and internet skills are essential.
