Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Calibrations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing calibration service appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, scheduling, and basic software tools, including QuickBooks.
Calibrations Specialist Job Highlights:
• Work Schedule: Full-Time, 1st shift, 8:00am and 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch
• Compensation: $17 per hour
• Evaluation-to-hire means the company wants you long-term!

Calibrations Specialist Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for scheduled installations, callbacks, cancellations, glass-related issues, and completed jobs
• Contact customers to schedule service appointments in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate job availability, scheduling conflicts, or updates to field technicians
• Create and manage work orders in QuickBooks when appointments are scheduled
• Send job information to technicians via email, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Calibrations Specialist Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with technicians and office staff
• Prior administrative or scheduling experience preferred
