Lawn Care Helper
Pau: $17-$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Location: Green Bay, WI (multiple apartment complexes. No driving required)
Job Summary:
We’re hiring for Lawn Care Helpers to assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance at apartment complexes. This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor role ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, attractive outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain grassy areas
- Weed flower beds and maintain landscape feaures
- Operate basic lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Clean up clippings, leaves, and debris
- Assist with mulching, planting, or seasonal clean-up tasks
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions from the team lead
