We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who can handle a little bit of everything from minor repairs to preventative upkeep, helping our client’s residents enjoy safe, comfortable, and well maintained apartments.
Property Maintenance Technician Job Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Pay: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience

Property Maintenance Technician Job Summary:
As a maintenance tech, you’ll be responsible for completing repair requests, conducting routine maintenance, lawn care, and ensuring our client’s buildings and grounds are in top condition. You’ll work on a variety of tasks, from small electrical fixes to mowing lawns, making each day a little different.
Property Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
- Handle general apartment maintenance including flooring, windows, and fixtures
- Respond to and complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct routine maintenance for buildings and grounds
Property Maintenance Qualifications:
- Previous property maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, bend, crouch, reach, walk, and lift up to 50lbs for the full shift
- Able to read, speak, and understand the English language
