Customer Service/Inside Sales Job Highlights:
- Full-time, 1st shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Pay: $17-20 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
As the customer service and inside sales representative, you are the face of the company, greeting walk-in and call-in customers with an upbeat, friendly personality. You will walk them through the inquiry, design, and ordering process from start to finish, providing tailored ideas that fit their business needs. Duties will include customer service, data entry, and sales.
Customer Service/Inside Sales Job Duties:
- Assist showroom (in person), over the phone, and email customers by brainstorming creative promotional ideas, and assisting with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Prepare quotes, enter orders accurately, and manage customer requests from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer goals and challenges to provide innovative, creative, and realistic promotional solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities within current accounts and route larger products to appropriate team members
What we’re looking for:
- Upbeat, charismatic personality with a growth mindset
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role is required
- Sales, marketing, or design education or experience is preferred.
