As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for bringing our customers’ products to life and helping to create a customer experience that is second to none.
Press Operator job highlights:
- Full-time evaluation to hire
- Monday – Friday, 2nd shift (2pm -10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
- $20+/hr based on experience

Responsibilities of Press Operator
- Operate HP or UV digital print technologies
- Provide color management support on every project
- Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers
- Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management
- Have the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers
- Demonstrate these core elements:
- Ability to think through mechanical aspects of equipment and decision making
- Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Have excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Demonstrate high levels of customer service, responding promptly to the inquiries and needs of individuals, both internal and external to the organization
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written to all levels of people inside and outside the organization
Qualifications of Press Operator
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years of printing press operator experience REQUIRED
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems preferred
