ASSEMBLER JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time, 1st shift position, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Pay: $24-27/hour, depending on experience.
- Location: Shawano, WI

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assemble products and sub-assemblies using process sheets, drawings, work instructions, blueprints, and verbal guidance
- Safely operate overhead or jib cranes to move and position large parts
- Inspect incoming parts and completed assemblies; report any defects or non-conforming materials
- Mount and connect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other components
- Install moving parts such as shafts, levers, and bearings and verify proper function
- Follow production schedules to ensure assemblies are completed on time
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Heavy manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Physically able to stand, kneel, stoop, reach, push, and pull repeatedly
- Able to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly
