HR Generalist

What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day HR Operations including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
- Perform recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new hire orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Administer benefits, leave requests, and other HR programs
- Partner with management to resolve workplace concerns and support a positive company culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or similar role REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office – HRIS experience a plus
