Material Handler Lead
If you are self-motivated, hardworking, and experienced with shipping/receiving, this is the job for you. Express Employment is helping our client, a local distributor of large electronics, is seeking a Material Handler Lead to join their shipping team.
Material Handler lead Job Highlights:
- Full-time, 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
- $21 per hour

Material Handler Lead Job Summary:
Independently manage your time between shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization in this self-directed role. Duties include preparing and labeling outbound products, receiving, unloading, and verifying inbound shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse with up-to-date inventory.
Material Handler Lead Job Duties:
- Shipping: prepare labels, packing slips, and bills of lading, organize and stage outbound shipments, load trucks safely utilizing forklift.
- Receiving: verify inbound shipments using purchase orders, unload deliveries, label materials and store them in the warehouse
- Inventory: maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and physical inventory counts
- Assist in production when not needed in the warehouse.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Prior material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and accuracy required
- Self-motivated with strong accountability
