Press Brake Operator – 1st Shift (Metal Fabrication)
Location: McFarland, WI
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring a Press Brake Operator for a reputable metal fabrication manufacturer that produces precision parts for industries such as automotive, industrial, and manufacturing.

Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $19–$20/hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines
- Select, load, and align tooling and materials per order specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure part accuracy
- Lift materials and components weighing up to 40 lbs
Qualifications
- Prior press brake operation or metal fabrication experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
