Job Full Description
We are seeking an experience Account Manager with a background in the printing industry to join our team. This role requires a proven track record of managing client accounts for printing companies, with a strong knowledge of print production processes, timelines, and customer expectations.
Pay: $45,000-55,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Manage the full account lifecycle - from onboarding and order execution to long-term relationship growth
- Translate customer needs into production requirements and coordinate with production team
- Prepare estimates, quote, and ensure projects are completed accurately
- Handle client issue resolutions, maintain documentation of all client interactions, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Prior experience as an Account Manager in a printing company
- Strong understanding of commercial printing processes
