Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Forklift Operators in McFarland! This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a cold/frozen warehouse environment and enjoy fast-paced warehouse work. Freezer gear is provided, and candidates must be able to lift 50–80 lbs.
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Work includes:
- Picking and staging orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Stacking and unstacking pallets
- Checking in and out inventory
- Performing general warehouse duties
- Moving and manually re-handling product
- Assisting supervisor and plant manager with leading the team
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in a cold/frozen warehouse environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable and safety-conscious
