Job Full Description
We are now hiring a Shipping Clerk for a well-established electrical products distributor located in SE Madison. This role is primarily focused on stockroom and inventory support, with shared responsibilities in shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of warehouse operations and be comfortable jumping in where needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and wants a stable, full-time schedule with long weekends.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Primary Responsibilities:

Stockroom duties including kitting, cycle counting, and put-away of inventory

Assist with domestic and international shipping

Support receiving activities such as unloading, verifying, and documenting incoming materials

Prepare shipments, pack orders, and ensure accurate documentation

Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse
Qualifications:

Prior experience with shipping (domestic & international) required

Working knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes

Comfortable working across multiple warehouse functions

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
