We have a great opportunity located in Medford! They are looking for a Material Handler at a local plastic injection company. This is a smaller company and very family oriented. Good hours and great pay! You would be mixing material for molding and monitoring production requirements to ensure proper materials are available for all injection molding machines.

Hours are 1st shift 7 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday. Hourly pay is $20.00/ hour.

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must be able to work under pressure/deadlines.
• Basic math and problem solving skills are needed.
• Must have basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to successfully complete forklift training and operate forklift on a daily basis.

Job Duties:

• Generates work center material scheduling report to prioritize material preparation for next scheduled work orders.
• Ensures materials mix is according to specification and fills injection-molding machines with materials and keeps it running to capacity.
• Responsible for the installation, setup and programming of color feeders, blenders, dryers, granulators and granulator evacuation system and dual ration loaders and all other material related equipment.
• Assists with starting new productions runs by performing color/materials changes. Assist in set up operations on molding machines.

Must have 6 months work experience in a production environment.
