Job Full Description
We have a Merrill client looking to add multiple associates to their general labor/ assembly crew . The openings are for 2nd shift and will work
Monday - Thursday 3:30pm until 2:00 am. OT will be done on Friday as needed based on production.
Job Duties:
- Stack, move, and assemble windows and window parts
- Apply hardware and weather stripping to vinyl frames and doors using a hand drill
- Operate saws to cut and trim vinyl parts to size
- Work with miter saws, routers, shapers, auto nail guns, drills, caulking guns, screw guns, utility knives, and other hand tools
Qualifications:
- Entry-level – no prior experience required, training provided
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attendance and reliable work history preferred
- Must be able to work in a hot environment
- Basic ability to read a tape measure
