1st & 2nd Shift | Immediate Openings in Merrill, WI
We are now hiring Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift in Merrill, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that values teamwork, quality, and career development.
Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | $18.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. | $20.50/hr
- Overtime available on Fridays
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process by:
- Operating and setting up machinery for production,
- Inspects work in progress using equipment necessary and outlined in Quality or work instructions.
- Checks visually for poor threads.
- Check blanks for mixed stock and for foreign products.
- Responsible for quality of own work.
- Move material/parts with a fork truck or other mobile equipment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills
