A growing local custom upholstery company is looking for a bookkeeper to help them as they grow in 2026. This job can be PT or FT and is perfect for a bookkeeper who is thinking about retirement and looking for something to stay active. The job will be on site at their West Milwaukee manufacturing location.
Pay
- $25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
Job Duties
- Daily Reconciliation
- Invoice Preparation & Submission
- Financial Statement Preparation & Analysis
- Month End Close Outs
- Tax Planning & Compliance
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Accounts Receivable
- Change Orders from Sales
Skills Required
- Experience with Fresh Books, CRM Access, and Right Way databases.
Experience Required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years' experience as a bookkeeper or Accountant
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
