Forklift Operator / Forklift Driver – 1st Shift
Location: West Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and safely:
- Operate powered industrial forklift trucks to transport materials throughout the facility
- Deliver cores, castings, patterns, and materials to production machines as needed
- Organize and distribute materials within assigned production and storage areas
- Inspect forklift gauges and equipment to ensure proper operation
- Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required safety checklists
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Ensure products are packed correctly into designated shipping containers
- Complete inventory tickets, routing forms, and production documentation
- Enter material and inventory data into tracking systems as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area through housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous forklift operating experience is required
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused mindset
