2ND SHIFT- WIRERS April 16, 2026

Located in Kiel, WI

Pay: 25.25

Hours: Monday through Friday (Start: 2 p.m., End: 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.), Occasional overtime on Saturdays.

Ideal Traits: The ideal candidate is a safety-focused, mechanically inclined team player with hands-on experience in both brazing and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment. They should be able to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and technical specifications to accurately assemble, wire, and troubleshoot soft serve/custard machines and related sub-assemblies. This person must be comfortable working with open flame torches, combustible gases, brazing fixtures, solder, refrigerant evacuation and leak detection equipment, while following strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, can identify and correct issues independently, maintains accurate documentation, and communicates effectively with supervisors and team members. They should also be flexible, dependable, and willing to support other assembly duties as needed to keep production running efficiently.
