Our company is growing! We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Discover Talent: Use various channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and community events to find the best candidates.
  • Interview and Assess: Conduct interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills and match them with client needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Employment Specialist to understand client requirements and ensure we meet their expectations.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: From posting jobs to welcoming new hires, you'll manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring we always have top talent ready.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to candidates, making their experience professional and positive.
  • Stay Organized: Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Support Sales: Help with business development by making sales calls and scheduling appointments for our team.
  • Community Engagement: Represent our company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in recruiting, staffing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organization: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized.
  • Drive: Motivated by achieving goals and meeting performance metrics.
  • Sales Savvy: Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in professional conversations.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Dynamic Office: Join a fast-paced, collaborative office setting.
  • Local Travel: Some travel for job fairs and community networking may be required.

We offer on the job training, with room for growth and advancement. Pay starts at $16 per hour. Typical hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm but are flexible to part time or full time.
