Job Full Description

We are seeking reliable individuals for demanding general labor duties for local client. The core focus of this position is manual labor, requiring significant physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We value individuals who show up on time, work hard, and consistently push projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Labor: Perform manual labor, including lifting and moving materials and working in the elements.
Equipment Operation: Assist with the safe and efficient operation of hand and power tools, as well as the opportunity to train on heavy equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety standards and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) [2].

Qualifications & Skills:

Work Ethic: Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and a proactive, "get it done" attitude. We need self-starters who require minimal supervision.
Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to withstand demanding environmental conditions, including prolonged standing, bending, crouching, and working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain.)
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of the team.
Licenses: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site are required.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay:

$18.50hr to start DOE
