Job Title: Secure Facility Cleaners – Construction Site
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hr. DOE
Job Overview:
Express Employment is recruiting for reliable and hardworking Janitorial Workers to maintain cleanliness and safety standards at an active construction site on a secure facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, and takes pride in keeping work areas organized and hazard-free.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of construction trailers, common areas, restrooms, and break areas
- Remove trash, debris, from designated areas
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces as needed
- Monitor and restock supplies
- Follow safety guidelines
- Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Driver's license and vehicle.
