Express Employment is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for a local Cheyenne company that will have core knowledge and experience in firearms. This position receives inbound calls, sales, and data entry. This role works independently with customers; the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential for a Customer Service Specialist.

Monday - Friday 8 am -5 pm

Pay $20.00 hr + DOE

Duties:

Providing customer service via phone, email and in-person
Obtaining payments for deposits
Posting customer payments
Overseeing client accounts
Respond to new dealer inquiries, offer a price list, terms, and demo list
Quality Control
Daily shipments of accessories
Enter electronic purchase orders

Required Skills:

Firearms knowledge and experience
Excellent telephone mannerisms
Strong analytical, computer and communication skills with the ability to diagnose and communicate issues in an easy to understand manner
Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
Ability to handle customers professionally during all interfaces The ability to be a good listener, and to understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.)
