Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for a local Cheyenne, WY company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has proven customer service experience, and is confident managing multiple priorities at once.
Monday – Friday Day Shift
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls using exceptional phone etiquette
- Schedule technicians accurately while multitasking and prioritizing deadlines
- Greet customers at the front desk and serve as the welcoming face of the office
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office files
- Perform data entry and general office duties with accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience in an office setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Calendar
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work 40 hours
