Express Employment is recruiting for an Indirect Lending Team Support Agent for a local Cheyenne company. This role works independently with customers; the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
Pay: $17.00/hr
Duties:
- Verify loan documentation.
- Review incoming contract packets
- Update system applications
- File maintenance after quality control checks are satisfactorily completed
- Responds to internal and external communication in a timely manner
- Consistently follows up with underwriters regarding funding barriers. Conducts all communication (written, verbal, and face-to-face) with all persons (members, teammates, staff, and vendors) in a clear, kind, collaborative, and constructive manner.
