Joni Lepple joined our Express team in May 2018. The people who know her best describe her as compassionate, a humanitarian, sensitive, loving, and someone who is just a joy to be around. As members of her work family, Joni has proven to be loyal, curious, creative, and a true team player, all of which are traits we value.

Prior to Joni taking on our business development efforts, Joni worked in outside sales and has an impressive 35 years of sales experience. She also has a background in offset print, reprographics, bindery, and loose-leaf product sales, which have provided her with the necessary skills to excel here at Express Employment Professionals.

Born in Oakland, CA and raised in Bad Soden, Germany, Joni spent most of her life abroad until she was accepted to UC Berkeley, and moved back to the U.S. to attend school and live closer to her sister who used to live in Walnut Creek. 

When Joni is out of the office, she loves to spend time with her two dogs and travel. She has been around the entire world in 1 year and is fluent in 4 foreign languages! Joni is also a member of Philanthropy Group for the Pi Beta Phi Sorority in Berkeley at UC, a member of the American Kennel Club, and a member of the San Francisco Bay West Highland White Terrier Club.

Express in Concord welcomed Tyler DuMond to our staffing team in July 2019. In the time that he's been with us, he has proven to be very people-oriented and a team player. Before we hired Tyler to serve as a Recruitment Specialist, he worked a variety of side jobs, as well as worked as a Delivery Driver at Round Table.

Tyler is currently living in Discovery Bay with his mother and brother. He enjoys serving at church and helping others build themselves, use their God-given gifts, and find their purpose in life. Helping others and religion are very important to Tyler. He is best described by the people in his life as "a man whose heart belongs solely to God".

In his free time, he loves to watch Kaiju movies. He is also currently on the dream team and a full-time student at the bible college through The Fellowship Church in Antioch.

In February 2018, Express Employment Professionals welcomed Carissa Jackson to the team, bringing with her previous experience working for an environmental company where she was recognized as the #5 Marketing Manager in her region in 2016!

As an employee, Carissa has proven to be very flexible in her ability to perform a variety of tasks at the same time and enjoys the comradery that comes with being a part of a team. Carissa has proven time after time that she is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get the job done, and we couldn't be happier with the dedication and passion she brings to each day.

Originally born and raised in Oklahoma, Carissa has worked for a variety of companies while living there, primarily focusing on sales and marketing - which she has over 15 years of experience in! Carissa married in January 2018 and the couple relocated to California 2 weeks later. It was quite the adventure and we are glad that Carissa choose to dedicate her talents towards the work we do!

The Concord Express office welcomed Jessica Ontiveros to our team in July 2019. Since joining the team, Jessica has proven to be a selfless team player. Before taking on our Administrative Employment Specialist role, Jessica was working in the Yreka Express office as the Front Office Coordinator/Industrial Employment Specialist. Prior to that, Jessica worked in Retail for many years. Jessica also graduated from the Sacramento Valley Adult and Teen Challenge . She has 2 and a half years clean. She gives all the glory to God.

Jessica currently resides in Concord. She moved back out here to pursue relationships with her children and family. Jessica is attending The Berean School of Bible for her Ministerial Certification and working towards her Ministerial License. She wants to mentor and build up women's confidence in Jesus and show them that authority in Jesus leads to being healed, restored, and made whole. She is best described as a God-fearing woman whose heart is after God. Someone who has been called to raise women into their callings. Jessica loves to help others. Her goal is to lead people to Jesus and be that light in their darkness.
