    The role

    The customer service representative helps customers understand the products and services offered by receiving and placing service calls, resolving complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on service issues, and conducting data entry and research as required.

    Experience: 10+  years of Service/Office Administration experience

    Software: MS Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, SharePoint

    Background:

    • French/English bilingual
    • Responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling meetings for up to 10 sales managers
    • Resolving customer complaints and scheduling service calls
    • Data entry, work/service order processing, filing, monthly reporting, travel booking and invoice processing (high volume - approx. 200/month)
    • Experienced in finance, banking, manufacturing and distribution settings
