    Senior Account Executive

    We are conducting a professional search on behalf of our client for a Senior Account Executive  role to help drive revenue and reach KPI's. 

     Job Highlights:

    • Growing the market share of the Canadian Automotive market
    • Prospecting, finding, closing deals and conducting market analysis
    • Coming up with target list of dealers for sales
    • Analyzing the automotive retail market
    • Identifying, creating, developing, and managing new and existing opportunities
    • Using all communication methods necessary to establish contact and book meetings - including the phone!
    • Travelling to meet with potential customers face to face when necessary - traveling will be required, so a valid driving license is a must

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in a B2B sales- or sales manager role within the automotive retail industry or its software providers (CMS, DMS, etc.)
    • Completed education or university degree in Sales, marketing, and/or business management
    • Ability to sell at C-level, and experience in managing large and complex accounts
    • Deep knowledge and understanding about the Canadian automotive retail industry
    • Account planning and management skills
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work across functions and partners to deliver to the customer expectations
    • Ability to conduct complex contract discussions and legal understanding
    • Leadership skills to build and lead a sales team
    • Fluency in the French language would be an asset and Fluent English language skills.

      A local Edmonton client is searching for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

       

      Account Manager Responsibilities:

       

      • Respond to customer inquiries in an effective, timely manner
      • Assist in mentoring Junior Account Managers
      • Approve MTR's to customer specifications
      • Obtain quotes from vendors for services
      • Negotiate best prices and deliveries from vendors
      • Work to approve vendor relations and response times
      • Plan staggered shipments
      • Assist management and Quality control with customer Non-conformances (NCR's)
      • Assist management and Quality control with material (Mill) Non-conformances (NCR's)
      • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
      • Track and troubleshoot orders

      Buyer/Inside Sales

      A local South Edmonton client is searching for Buyer/Inside Sales  candidate to join their team. Our client is an Edmonton based Engineering Firm. This position is responsible for supporting all areas of the business ensuring superior client experiences are provided when called upon to provide procurement and inside sales service.

      Buyer/Inside Sales Responsibilities:

      • Work with all areas of the business in providing full cycle procurement expertise - including providing procurement support to engineering and field service operations, as well as for the administration team,
      • Understand low/medium/high voltage, power systems electrical materials and equipment
      • Manage the open competitive procurement process issuing RFQ/RFP documents, responding to vendor questions, evaluating responses including negotiation of supplier pricing, reviewing production capability, quality, performance, and delivery timing
      • Issue Purchase Orders and expedite Purchase Orders as required (follow up with supplier on purchase order execution)
      • Facilitate the escalation process with suppliers for discrepancy resolution, delivery commitment misses, and lead-time/production concerns
      • Perform administrative receiving function, and distribute material/goods as required,
      • Maintain inventory module, maintaining inventory accuracy, validating and tracking inventory movement,
      • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with suppliers - engaging supply terms and conditions and discount programs when available,
      • Perform full cycle inside sales responsibilities including working with Client on needs, providing quotes/proposals as necessary, and completing the process by invoicing the client after materials have been provided,
      • Provide advice to management to improve processes through adoption of best practices
      • Prepare documentation of procurement processes and workflows as ever evolving,
      • Provide logistics support including picking parts, issuing packing slips, issuing international shipping documentation
      • Other duties as may be assigned

      Buyer/Inside Sales Requirements:

      • Required Skills and Qualifications:
      • 7+ years Purchasing/Buyer experience
      • Technical experience in electrical industry is an asset
      • Experience working in a Field Services environment is an asset
      • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
      • Excellent negotiating skills
      • Experience with inventory control practices and procedures
      • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written format
      • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
      • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications

            Inside Sales Representative - Residential

            Our client, located on the south end of Edmonton is currently seeking an enthusiastic eager individual looking to expand their knowledge in the works of residential and commercial flooring! 

            The main focus of this role will be to serve clients in showroom/retail divisions of the organization. The Sales Representative  is responsible for expanding on client relationships, selling products and managing the retail job's process from the time of estimate to completion.

            What's Expected of The Sales Representative:

            • Job site visits prior to flooring install to ensure site readiness as well as when installation starts and finishes.
            • Communicate within the company's appropriate departments and installer's onsite; troubleshoot problems when required. Coordinate all missing items with warehouse; follow up with material ETAs and address service or installation issues.
            • Maintain status of job materials and job work orders in Job Runner, ensure accuracy of job status at month end and maintain WIP reports.
            • Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
            • Submit customer credit applications.
            • Collect necessary deposits and final payments from clients as per Company policy.
            • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new sales opportunities. Prospect weekly and grow sales in all areas including custom builders, renovators, insurance and commercial jobs.
            • Follow up with clients upon completion of work to ensure they are satisfied.

            What we look for:

            • Proficient with MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook
            • Prior industry experience required (min 1-2 years)
            • Previous experience with COR (Certificate of Recognition) is an asset 
            • Post-Secondary education preferred but not required 
            • Demonstration of professionalism and integrity while consistently acting in an ethical and fair manner
