Inside Sales Representative

The role

The inside sales representative converts pre-qualified sales leads and generates new business with clients and customers. They source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Software: MS Office, CRM, SAP, SAGE 50

Background:

• Responsible for processing upwards of 40 quotes daily, which ranged from $55-$75K
• Responsible for processing 30-40 orders daily; maintained product knowledge of upwards of 50,000 product SKUs
• Responsible for managing 4-5 large accounts, producing 20-30 quotes daily through email, phone, and in-person
• Processed 40+ orders daily, which were valued at upwards of $50,000
