Sales Manager
The role
The sales manager is
responsible for leading the sales team to reach sales targets and goals. Their
other duties include hiring and training, evaluating performance, developing
processes to drive sales, setting quotas, and motivating high-performing sales
teams.

Experience: Over 5 years of Inside and
Outside Sales Management
Software: Sage 50, SAP, CRM,
Salesforce, Outlook, MS Office
Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in
International Trade, Business Diploma – Marketing
- Responsible for managing 10-Triple A Accounts,
as well as ~20 smaller accounts, which average a total of $300K+ in Gross
Margin Sales annually
- Responsible for generating new client accounts
by conducting 20+ warm calls daily to prospective clients
- Managed 7 Sales Representatives who each
oversaw 20-50 accounts
- Responsible for providing quotes, processing
invoices, and managing multiple Triple-A Accounts which averaged upwards of
$5M+ in Gross Margin Sales annually
