    Q. Can I contact you outside of office business hours?
    A. We have an after-hours service available evenings and weekends. Call our main office phone number, 519-672-7620, and leave a detailed message – this will be the fastest way to get a response.  
     
    Q. In what situation can I call the after-hours phone line? 
    A. Calling the after-hours line is helpful for WSIB issues, last minute job orders, late notice cancelations.   

    Q.  How do I report attendance issues?   
    A. Call the main office number, 519-672-7620, and leave a detailed message at any time – review job assignment email for any additional attendance lines to report to.
     
    Q. When is payroll due? 
    A. Payroll is due by end-of-day (5pm) on Mondays for the previous week’s hours.

    Q. What is the Specialized Recruiting Group?
    A.  Specialized Recruiting Group is a division of Express Employment Professionals of London, ON, focused on filling positions in professions such as Accounting and Finance, Management, Engineering and Architecture, Human Resources and Skilled Trades.

    Q. If I hire someone directly and they don’t work out, will I be out that money?  
    A. No, most of our direct-hire agreements come with a guarantee period that means we will replace the person who didn’t work out at no additional cost. 
     
    Q. How do you find your candidates? 
    A. Our high-volume recruitment efforts have allowed for Specialized Recruiting Group to have access to an incredible variety of resources available to us. We also have a large existing network of candidates as we maintain relationships with our candidates on a long-term basis. Most of the candidates that we place with our clients we have handpicked based on client requirements and have reached out to directly about the role through one of our subscriptions/networks 

    Q. If we agree to work with you, does that mean we can’t recruit on our own? 
    A. Absolutely not! While we will strive to provide suitable candidates for you quickly, if you are able to find someone on your own before we do you can absolutely hire them on your own and will not be charged any fees from Express for our efforts.
