Mayra Garcia began her career in the Staffing industry at 16 as a Front Office Coordinator. Very early in her career, she developed an affinity for the industry as she saw how it could help directly fulfill her life's calling - helping others and transforming people's lives. The Oxnard office is incredibly proud of her accomplishments and dedication to the company and embodying what it stands for.

The franchise was recognized for reaching Century Club, averaging 100 clients billed weekly. Reaching Century Club status is no small feat; and is a testament to an office's dedication to the business's success.

The Oxnard Express employment professionals franchise began operation in 2006 under the leadership of Neil McMillan as owner and president of the branch, along with his wife Janet McMillan, the corporate secretary and VP of finance & operations. The team faced many economic obstacles over the last 17 years but has worked hard to consistently rank in the top ten out of 850 offices in the US and internationally.
