Jan Schwenger
Jan began her career with Express in 1988 with the guidance of father and founder of this franchisee location, John Schwenger. Jan worked each position in the office getting to understand the business from every angle. Finding her passion in the staffing industry, Jan has continued John's legacy since his passing to continue to lead the office to be one of the top 50 Express franchises in the organization. The Tacoma Express office was the 14th office of now over 775 offices world wide.

Jan is a long time volunteer at The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County and the past Board President of Northwest Spay & Neuter Center.

Monika Lewis - Managing PartnerMonika joined the Tacoma Express office in 1998. Monika Initially joined as a temporary receptionist while she completed her bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. She then went on to become our Business Development Representative meeting with local businesses to discuss hiring solutions as well as offer tools, resources and services to help meet production goals. Having mastered that role, she then went on to become the General Manager. In 2023 she stepped into the role as Co-Owner and Managing Partner.
