Bridget started her career with Express Employment Professionals working for the Centralia office as a temporary employee before being hired with them full time as a Staffing Consultant. After 4 years, she relocated to Tacoma in 2004 where she joined our Express team as a Staffing Consultant in the industrial/commercial division. In 2022 with her extensive on-site account management and on call experience, Bridget transitioned into our expanded Skilled Trades Division, where she is reunited with Kerri after working the light industrial desk for years together. 

In Bridget's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family (2 stepsons, 1 grandchild, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and 2 fur babies) and friends, traveling, shopping, getting outdoors and hanging out on the family farm and one day hopes to travel all over the world and as many different countries as she can.

In October, 2020, Erica joined our team as a Employment Specialist in our Industrial Division. Erica has had a diverse range of professional experience including working in manufacturing, grocery, and insurance.  Erica grew up in Olympia where she currently lives with her husband and children. Erica enjoys crocheting, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. Erica is a very talented seamstress and crafter - for our annual Halloween treat deliveries, Erica created a giant face mask costume that delighted our clients! Erica finds it extremely fulfilling when we are able to help job seekers find employment and is a valuable asset to our team.  

In October 2021, Patti joined our team as an Employment Specialist in our Industrial Division.  She brings over 9 years of retail management experience with a customer connection focus.  Patti came to us because she has a passion for people and has a desire to make the community she lives in a better place by giving people hope. Patti loves all things in nature and is passionate about beekeeping and caring for rescued animals.  She loves music, working in the garden, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

 

 

Pamela has been with Express since 1993. Her dependability and steady thinking has contributed to the continued success of the Tacoma franchise team. Over the years she has not only worked with our associates in regards to doing payroll but she has overseen our unemployment, medical, and benefits areas. Along with associate concerns she also handles client reporting and account receivable. In her spare time she loves to attend concerts and travel. New York, Las Vegas and San Diego are favorites for repeat visits. Born at Madigan and raised in Tacoma a Washingtonian through and through. Go HAWKS!

As an HR Administrator, Denise has the pleasure of helping our team run smoothly! She has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2013 and enjoys being a part of the front end process dealing with our employees and clients to ensure the highest customer experience! What she loves the most is that no two days are ever alike here and that it's a fast past and fun environment. In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, two small dogs, and crocheting.

Kim joined our team in December, 2020 as the Employment Specialist for our Office Services division. Prior to joining the team, Kim worked in Talent Acquisition at Nordstrom. Kim explained that she has a passion for "finding the best talent for our clients and for finding the right job for our candidates." We are thrilled to have Kim share her skills and passion for seeking out excellent candidates with the Express team.  Kim was born in Yakima, Washington and moved to the Tacoma area when she was a young girl. . Kim loves cooking, baking, hiking, and working in her yard.
