A native of Chicago, Russ earned his business pre-law degree from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from Oklahoma City University.

    He is a frequent speaker at industry events on topics such as workforce compliance, regulatory change, and legal trends. Russ' passion for protecting employers and employees alike brings vibrancy to his presentations.
