Job Title: Human Resources Manager – Retail
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in retail HR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a retail environment, with a proven ability to lead HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR operations across multiple retail locations
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a retail setting (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
