Firm Liaison – Brand Operations
Join a high-impact team supporting top advisors across a fast-growing wealth platform. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for brand requests, coordinating deliverables with internal creative and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between firm partners and brand team

Lead advisor content requests and marketing task workflows

Manage timelines, follow-ups, and brand consistency
Requirements:

3+ years in operations, marketing, or financial services

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Monday.com a plus
