Material Handler/Warehouse/Forklift Operator
Location: Casa GrandeShift: Mon-Fri (Day, Night)
Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves safely transporting materials, operating material handling equipment (MHE), and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport stock manually or using MHE such as forklifts, tow motors, order pickers, and pallet jacks
Load, unload, stage, and stock materials in designated areas
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
Utilize assistive devices (slings, hooks, etc.) for moving cargo safely
Maintain daily records of material handled and processed
Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to housekeeping standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
Use SAP and Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reporting
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2–3 years of experience operating MHE in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
OSHA Forklift Certification strongly preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior military service with honorable discharge
Experience in automotive/OEM manufacturing environments
