Sr. Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist

$23 - $25 per hour DOE

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist who will be the cornerstone of our customer experience — seamlessly managing incoming orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and addressing customer needs with care, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll be entrusted with a key role: making sure our customers’ orders are processed perfectly — and that they leave every interaction feeling confident and valued.

Order Management

  • Accurately enter customer orders into our ERP/CRM system , ensuring all key fields — from names to item numbers to special pricing — are correct and complete.
  • Verify product availability and inventory levels to guarantee timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate expected delivery dates and proactively follow up with customers on order status.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and investigate issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle issues related to unfulfilled orders, shipping problems, backorders, and product questions with care and a can-do attitude.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, inventory, and fulfillment teams to ensure alignment between promotions, product launches, and supply.
  • Help identify trends in customer feedback and propose operational improvements.

 

What You Bring

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or inventory management. You’ve worked with ERP or CRM systems (Infor is a plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data entry, modern customer service tools, and managing workflow in fast-moving digital systems.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You don’t just double-check; you triple-check your work.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Clear, friendly, and confident — whether via phone, email, or internal tools.
  • Problem Solver: You’re calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and always thinking one step ahead.
