This role is for someone who wants to build something real. I’m looking for a driven, hungry person who’s ready to work hard, learn fast, and help grow this office — not just in sales, but in culture, performance, and long-term vision.

What the Job Looks Like
To start, this is a sales role. You’ll be out in the field calling on businesses, building relationships, and helping companies find great people through staffing. That includes:

Cold calling and prospecting new business

Booking and running meetings with decision-makers

Putting together quotes and proposals

Working closely with the recruiting team to deliver on what you sell

Following up and growing long-term client relationships
We’ll train you, mentor you, and give you the tools. But the effort has to come from you. This is about learning how to build something from the ground up.

I started in this business 10 years ago. I worked hard, learned everything I could, and eventually earned the chance to own my own office. I want to work with someone who sees that same opportunity — and is willing to put in the work to earn it.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 30 days, I expect you to be learning the tools, understanding our market, and hitting some activity benchmarks — 70+ sales calls a week, setting appointments, and learning the flow of the business.
By 90 days, I expect you to have brought on at least two new clients and be operating more independently — handling meetings, submitting notes in the CRM, and collaborating with the recruiting team.
Long term? I’m looking for someone who can help us hit Gold Circle of Excellence by next year. That means growth, leadership, and accountability — and yes, real opportunity for advancement.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be in the field)

Full-time availability in our Scottsdale office

Comfortable on the phone and in front of people

Willing to learn our CRM and follow a structured sales process
