About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at a beautiful community in North Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and an EPA certification. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and community facilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)

Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs

Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner

Assist with unit turns and make-readies
-
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Requirements:
-
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
-
Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of general building systems and repair techniques
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits:

$18.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
