About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational processes. This role is critical for maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with customer and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Coordinate communication between sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
