Job Full Description
We are looking for a Construction Estimator with stucco experience to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs and scheduling, as well as experience with estimating stucco projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present estimates for construction projects
- Analyze blueprints and specifications
- Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Work with clients to negotiate and finalize contracts
- Monitor project progress and ensure that costs and schedules are on track
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Experience with estimating stucco projects
- Strong understanding of construction costs and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
