We are seeking a polished, dependable Hospitality & Office Concierge to support daily operations in a professional corporate office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality mindset who enjoys supporting executives, employees, and visitors while keeping the office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner

  • Support meetings and events, including room setup, refreshments, and coordination

  • Assist with day-to-day office needs wherever support is needed

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, well-organized office environment

  • Handle light administrative and hospitality-related tasks as they arise

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, or customer-facing roles

  • Professional communication skills and a calm, service-oriented approach

  • Ability to anticipate needs and step in where help is required
