Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics
Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst serves as Product Owner for Enterprise Analytics and BI solutions, partnering with business leaders and IT to deliver data-driven products that support Republic Services operations. This role operates within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure high-quality, value-driven analytics solutions.
Responsibilities:

Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Serve as Product Owner, managing the product backlog and translating business needs into user stories.

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Release Planning).

Oversee the full analytics product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Drive product adoption through training materials, user guides, and communications.

Analyze data to support product strategy, validate BI outputs, and fulfill ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
-
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Product Ownership.

Proven ability to manage product backlogs and deliver across the SDLC.
-
Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with Data Engineering and BI teams.

Experience leading or supporting large-scale technology initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
-
3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, including Product Ownership.

1+ year of experience in waste hauling operations or related support role.
