Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to perform residential service calls on a commission-only basis. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while continuing to grow in the trade.
Responsibilities

Complete residential plumbing service calls in a professional and timely manner.

Diagnose, repair, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.

Perform tankless water heater flushes and related maintenance.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and solutions.

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must have own plumbing tools and equipment.

Experience soldering and performing professional-grade plumbing repairs (no reliance on temporary fittings).

Previous experience with reputable residential service companies such as Parker & Sons or George Brazil is highly preferred.
Compensation

Commission-only structure with strong earning potential based on performance and service volume.
