Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician with strong skills in installation, repair, diagnostics, and customer service. This role requires the ability to complete multiple daily service stops, install HVAC systems efficiently, and communicate professionally with homeowners. Candidates must have truck driving experience and be comfortable with heavy lifting and hands-on fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation/Service & Repair

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and smart thermostats

Complete 1–2 full system installations per day

Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes

Perform HVAC maintenance, service, and repair on residential equipment

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues

Replace parts and components as needed

Handle emergency service calls professionally
Diagnostics

Accurately diagnose system issues using proper testing equipment

Provide clear explanations of repairs and recommendations to customers
